The MacBook Air comes with a 13.3-inch Retina display, and it has a 16:10 aspect ratio for a total resolution of 2560x1600, which is very sharp for a laptop in this price range. Above that display is a 1080p webcam, and it even supports Windows Hello facial recognition.
Since it's a convertible, it supports touch and pen input, too, and some models even include a pen in the box. OLED models are also planned, but not available yet. That's pretty sharp for a display of this size, and it covers 100% of sRGB, so it's pretty good on that front, too. While there's a 16-inch version of the Yoga 7i, we're recommending the 14-inch model, which comes with a 2.2K IPS display in the 16:10 aspect ratio. You also get up to 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, though again, you'll need to watch your budget with the upgrades. Outside of sales, you may need to stick to the Core i5 model, but that should still offer pretty good performance. Starting with performance, the Lenovo Yoga 7i comes with 13th-generation Intel Core processors, up to a Core i7-1355U with 10 cores and 12 threads, though P-series models are also expected at some point. Lenovo has really become one of the best consumer laptop makers in the past couple of years, and if your budget is under $1,000, the Lenovo Yoga 7i is a great option
